Iridium Plans to Launch the new Iridium Extreme 9575 handset in 2011.
The Iridium Extreme 9575 will be 10% thinner and 7% lighter than the 9555 and will be more rugged with both an IP65 and US MIL 810F rating and a rubber grip. The antenna will have a more rugged design and the unit will have a tracking function complete with a panic button.
